* Making deity priests runnable for unique equipment
* Chat channel for friendlist - rewrite
* Quest box like Deck of Many Things for lowbies - rewrite
* Changing your deity for glory - rewrite
* Group class bonuses - rewrite
* Developing pets to have more tricks/abilities - rewrite
If you would still like a unique seat echo for the TS table, mudmail your
echo to Selina by next week please :)
Passed by VC
Ability to examine items in containers
Mail to organisation leaders by abbreviation
Haggle command
Players to respawn when they die in an arena
Pet whistles to have pets seek out their owners
Glance not to show sanctuary/shield spells
Amending laws objects to show sacrificing corpses isn't allowed
Changes to list command for shops
Damplus affect suggestion
Findnote/finditem to show which container the item was found in
Denied by VC
Guild first/second ranks - Not in keeping with guild philosophy
Who genre addition - No real need; coding time.
Peacefuls quaffing faster in arena - There is a difference between peaceful and
pkill. This is one.
Passed CoE:
*Supplicate Restore
*Making unlock show which key was used to unlock which door
*Making traffic not work while incapacitated
*Fixing buffer guide lines
*Colour flags for houses
*Glance to show shields on a single line
*Pet whistles Pet whistles to have pets find you
*Respawn on arena death
*Haggle command
*Mudmail to org leaders
*Organisations on where display
Denied by CoE:
*Fountain in National Visions - This has been denied by us before, we don't see
why there is a need for a fountain here when people can walk to an existing one
instead.
*Aegir to send treasures - There are too many treasure items in the game for us
to be sure that all are ok to be sent this way. Many valuable quest items are
often treasures, and we don't want this to be abused.
*Poison weapon change - Poison weapons are strictly limited because, well, they
are quite powerful in instances they work.
*Exam container keyword - Just because you know you have something in your
container, doesn't mean it's the first thing you'll see. If you want to keep a
lot of stuff, be prepared to look through it.
As always if you have questions or concerns, please contact a TS rep.

Passes:
* Lowering xp death penalty
* Changing pets to be more long-term and interactive
* Allowing non-TS member a chance to come in during the meeting and explain
their idea (more details to follow on this)
Fails:
* Deadly and peaceful multiplay, sent to PkC so they can review it.
* Class experience amounts. This was an idea to change the current way that the
different classes gain experience. It was felt that the new way would be harder
for some classes to gain experience and the current way is fine.
We have decided to allow non-TS members to be able to come to the meeting and
have a chance to explain their ideas. This will only apply to the more
controversial ideas that require indepth discussion or ones that we aren't too
sure about. If we need further clarification about your idea, we will send you a
mudmail no sooner than 4 days before the meeting requesting your presence. You
don't have to come of course, but if you do, we will bring you in when your
topic comes up for discussion.
I'm sorry, but if you are in a different time zone and can't make the meeting,
then your idea will just be discussed as normal.
Any questions about this, please speak to me.
thanks,
Selina

Passed topics:
* Chardelete raised to level 10 - rewrite
* Inducted column for councils in score
* More arena potions, and cheaper costs - rewrite
Failed topics:
* Config +brief to show player titles - Most people that would use config +brief
would not likely want the added spam of player titles when walking.
* Who title 'keyword' - Not a necessary addition to the who command.
Please remember to stay up to date on forum discussion, as the proposal about
paladin auras has been moved there as well.
For people working with Myra's CIP, please ensure you read her note about the
meeting time this coming Wednesday.

Passed
*A prompt token for which Area you are in.
*IP status display - Pass
*Saving throws bonuses for higher con/wis - rewrite
*Undevotion with glory, and undevotion with lowest favour level (two ideas)
*Shield use increasing parry
*Changes to config +cloak
*A command to lockout a char when afk so no one can access it
*Cgroup a new channel similar to grouptalk, but comparable to friendlist
*A change to the hl command so only hlis works, thus avoiding unwanted spam
*A change to password command where you have to type in your old pword first to
be able to add a new pword - extra safety feature.
Failed
*Enchanting weapons with saves and other stats - too powerful
Passed by VC
*Lower level of XP loss at death
Denied by VC
*Changes to make pets long-term companions - Was felt it would be too large a
project to undertake at this time as it would be a fundamental change to how
pets are currently done.
Passed by CoE:
*Auction at 0 gold (Implemented)
*Damplus (damroll specific to certain mobs/damtypes)
*Finditem/findnote to show container
Denied by CoE:
*Mpdamage and hp percent - If mpdamage were to damage a person based on their
level of hp, players would simply be penalised for having higher hp/better
equipment. Also at lower hp levels, this wouldn't do any damage.

Passes:
* Peaceful instead of Non-deadly in whois
* Coloring of organization tags in where
* Reliquary of the Ancients (like a lowbie Deck of Many Things)
Fails:
* Making illegal pkill impossible - Illegal acts are at the discretion of the
player and should not be coded impossible just to safeguard people from breaking
the rules. People can use their own judgement on violating the rules of the
game.
We also discussed the use of this TS board when debating ideas. You are free to
respond to ideas or someone's points, as you are on counciltalk or elsewhere,
just make sure you are addressing the issue and not the people. Just use tact.
As far as online forums go, whether it is busy or not, all of you need to be
using them at least once or twice a week to at least make sure you know what is
going on, if anything. It does not take long to check now and then.
thanks for a good meeting :) Skaphia
Passed by VC
Council induct date on score
Shields to increase parry rate/decrease damage taken
Undevoting due to low favor
Command to lock your screen (requires a password to let you play again)
Changing hl command to hlis
Con/wis stat bonuses
Denied by VC
*Prompt/score to show number of connected characters - would be a way to allow
ppl to see if they are spoofing or bypassing a multi limit
*Password command to first require current password to set a new one - Huge
problems when this was set up like this before.. It was put to the current
system to avoid lost pw's.
*Raising the max level of chardelete - Possible issues wrt theft of chars, etc.
*Undevoting with glory - Low favour passed
*Area prompt token - Type where.
*Changing potions in forested arena - Possible Abuse
*Command to create a chat group - This is not a chat room.
Passed by CoE:
*Shop list command to have arguments to display different items.
*Lower experience on death.
As always contact a TS rep if you have questions.

Updates for Aug 18, 2003
*Passes*
-New DH Potion - a 2x cure critical potion that costs much less than the
heal.
-Shops reverting to old state (players can buy all) but things they can't use
are marked with a *
-Increase in general economies for some of the more gold used areas.
-Chest of gold, similar to the deck of many things
*Fails*
-Lowered cost of arena heals - I asked about this since we had just submitted
something similar and was told that if people want to have the advantages of a
pkiller then they should make one. Pkillers have many disadvantages - they can't
multi, they can't be helped by peacefuls, they can't get imm crs, etc, so the
advantages they do have are to remain with them.
-Adding a tax/rent charge to houses and apartments. This failed because it was
felt that people pay enough already to buy one and it would only cause to anger
people. There can be other way to get around the poor gold economy.
![]()
August 25, 2003
*Pass*
-A drop container echo that shows how full the container is (to avoid sacing)
-A run command to let players move faster with 2x movement cost.
-Increasing PvM damage to help with the upping of some mobs.
-A greater increase to the ip1 bonus.
*Fails*
-Allowing of rapid submission of leveling areas into the game that contain
no eq etc. It was felt current ingame areas could be fixed to overcome this
problem. (if you feel an area is a potentially good leveling area, but needs
some minor changes, please give a list of these areas to your TS rep)

September 1, 2003
Passes:
* Newbieset command for NCers raised from level 6
* Brew/scribe helpfile change to include quills for scribe
* Experience bonus for killing the mob which last killed you
* Pfile save on autoloot
* Runnable gold mobs and specific golding areas - on hold awaiting QC input
* Experience bonuses for IP1 groups - on hold as experience changes are still
new to the game
* Facial feature modifications - on hold, already in the works
Fails:
* Config +honor echo for people entering an arena - This was seen as causing
more cases of unwanted pkills than anything else.
* Guild/order bank - This has come up before more than once recently and is
always denied.
* Joint bank accounts between players - This has a lot of risk for abuse and
theft and more problems than any convenience it might bring.
* Group gohome command for home owners - Gohome is a privilege of a home owner
and this would create problems of unwanted guests.
As a reminder our open meeting is next Monday, and we have moved
a few of the
other clear fails off the board to have a clean agenda for the next meeting.
Please remember that our meeting next week should be conducted as if there
was nobody present, ie. putting our discssions on counciltalk is a nono this
time :)
Hope to see you there!
Thanks for a good meeting :)

Passed by VC
*Nations command to keep track of nation leaders/rp name/hometown
*Change "non-deadly" to "peaceful" in whois
*Reliquary of the Ancients
*Change to help quest
*Increase in general economies
*New heal potion in DH
*Travelling potion seller
*Run skill (move twice as fast)
*Newbiechat working until level 15
Denied by VC
*Flee buffer to affect exp loss based on number of flees from a mob - Possible
issues with summoning mobs and newbies. Would cost more exp. to flee.
*Change colour of org tags on where - Adding org tags to where was passed only
if they were devoid of colour, to allow deadlies to better target their prey.
*Shop list changes are put on hold for a while.
*Chest of Gold - Too easily abused. Takes away from other projects already under
development.
*Containers show amount of items in them on get/drop. --Much coding when exa
container does the job. :)
*Raising ip1 experience bonus - As this was a newly created change, it needs
more time to be reflected on before any changes can occur.
As always, if you have questions, please contact a TS rep.

September 8, 2003
Passes
* Low AC equipment colored red in garb/eq - rewrite
* Pkill statistics in peaceful score
* Buying blood fountains for housing with glory
* Adding layerable flag to auction info
* Paying in gold to practice things - rewrite
* Various practice list displays (similar to score) - rewrite
Fails
* Getting a new set of keys for housing - Since keys for locked doors have their
own vnums in building, to redo the key vnum everytime would be a very messy
building problem, so this failed.
* Sanctuary/brew shrine in Darkhaven - This was offered as a shrine for a
specific brewing character, and although brewing for the public is good it is
not something demanding an actual room.
* 'Buy It Now' price for auctioned items - Use the traffic channel
* Setting the bid increment on an auction - This has abuse of people making it
much lower than 10k and continuing auctions forever.
Thank you to everyone who came to the public meeting, we had a
very good outcome and personally I think things were a much bigger success than
last time :) In my opinion, allowing the observers to cast a final vote for the
practices proposal was a great idea for involvement, and things otherwise were
quite smooth (excusing the couple interruptions :P)
What did you all think about it? Post your feedback :) Unless otherwise changed
our next public meeting is 8 meetings from now, so that would be November 12.

* Adding new affects to herbs
Fails:
* Permanent glory changes to supp object sigils - This is a massive problem to
build, and gives too much room for abuse.
On Hold:
* Drinkcon fluid code changes - awaiting more clarification
* Trance given to paladins - class proposals are closed
The meeting time has been bumped up to 8pm est. If this inconveniences some

Passed by VC
*Vengeance
*Addition to brew/scribe helpfile
*New auction flag (layerable)
*Pkill score for Peacefuls.
Denied by VC
*Newbieset Review - by level 6 theres better eq out there, newbieset is only
given so that level 2/3 type chars can get eq such as the level 1 sword from
preauth since theres nothing else out there.
*Pfile autosave on loot - Though denied, it is being tried on a trial basis.
*Priority list for Mob exp - Issues with negative player loss of experience.
Passed CoE
*Nations Command
*New Dh Potion
*Travelling potion seller
*Shields
*Running
Denied by CoE
*Newbiechat - The channel is separated for two reasons: being able to focus on
players totally new to the game (so they can at least get in and save) and to
prevent new characters from advertising to a large group. Expanding newbiechat
makes the former more difficult and the latter impossible.
*Increasing gold in economies - Just because gold is getting spent more freely,
doesn't mean we eed economy boosts. We want the economy to stabilize - adding to
it will just further inflate the gold. However we are curious to revist our
economy and will look to doing that.

* Guild roster changes - on hold, roster changes already in the works
Passes:
* Container sorting commands
* Mudmail change to show non-existant characters
* Extended emote buffers while IC
* Removing notes from locate
* Level prompt token
Fails:
* Option to remove abstain from a vote note - This can be accomplished just as
easily by requesting people not to vote abstain on a note
* Reward for adepting all - Triggers can adept nearly everything on an slist,
which takes away nearly all effort and would discredit the reward
* 'Loot' command to auto-loot/save/wear at once - Nearly all mud clients can
accomplish this with a trigger/alias/macro
Thanks for excellent attendance and a quick meeting :)

Passes:
* Lowering of Nephandi levitate to level 5
* Lowering of Ranger float to level 5
* Not allowing direction commands to be followed by anything else.
* Bonuses for being grouped with certain classes in certain areas.
* Changing the damage on Lodd - rewrite
* Lowering the cost of hometown tokens - rewrite
Fails:
* A command to show the buffer of your kills, showing how many mobs you have
killed in that area. It was felt that people know to move on when the experience
they are receiving begins to lessen. If they don't know they quickly learn by
being told on channels. It was also felt that is a behind the scenes type thing
and not meant to be shown.
Passed to CoE
*Expel all command
*Unscrappable notes
*Note to, note subject
*Change to Prac list
*Improving split command
*Notes not showing in locate
Denied by VC
*AVdiscussion channel - Avchat is more than able to handle this.
*Av skills for gold - The mobs in the thieves alley were meant to allow
pre-shattering characters the chance to update their skills if they did not have
prac points. It was a temporary measure and will not be expanded.
*Labeled containers - There is a breadth of containers out there that one can
utilize to have different names for each.
*Current level prompt token - Prompt is meant for items that change regularly,
type score for current level.
*Extended buffers while IC - Possible issues with abuse
*Container sorting - high end code change for low level use.
As always, if you have questions, please consult a TS rep.

October 6, 2003
Passes:
* Boannaich nadur rounds calculated by druid's wisdom
* Toggle command for passdoor
* Rptalk channel only for those who are config +rp
Fails:
* Changing stats on Cloak of Royalty - Equipment should not be changed only on
account of a mob being upped, so we do not see good reason to change the item.
* Recharge mana and ball of light prog added to Sonoria - There are shops and
other bots and players to provide these things. Players can sleep for mana.
* Improving academy wristwear - We feel academy equipment is designed to give a
player a well-rounded start, not necessarily ideal stats. There are many ways to
improve stats even at low level. This does not seem a huge cause for change.
Uilisia's mob statistics for Lodd will be attached to Angelea's rewrite. The
drinkcon fluid proposal will be put on hold for one more week and if the author
cannot be contacted for more info, the proposal will fail.
No meeting next week for Canadian Thanksgiving :)
Passed by VC:
*Mudmail change
*Yelling in Arenas for Deadlies
Denied by VC:
*Ranger float to 5 - Has been moved to level 19 this is the lowest the CoE will
agree to go.
*Nephandi's getting levitate at 5 - The CoE will not lower levitate
*EQ Status - it was denied was because the idea of constantly handing everything
to the players will eventually result in the game becoming complacent and
boring. We need to maintain some degree of risk. The pros for this idea weren't
more than 'because it would be easier than examining'.
Passed CoE:
Help brew/scribe addition (already implemented), Vengeance code for experience
Authstatus added to help start (already implemented)
Denied by CoE:
*Unscrappable notes - they are paper.. enough said.
*Change to prac list - There is no way to break the list down the way they have
asked for it to be broken down. The list is sorted based on components within
the slookup for the specific skills/spells. To change the way it lists to be
even close to what they are asking for would require a complete rewrite which
isn't deemed necessary at this point in time.

October 20, 2003
Passes:
-Adding a local echo for dominate
-Adding who the note is addressed to on mail list
-Wine invocation - only changing the fluid, not destroying container
-Being able to have two hold items (with no weapon and shield)
-Being able to skin peacefuls
-Detect sneak - players being able to detect sneaking mobs
Fails:
-Changing two handed from a skill to a weapon type. Weapon types can be short,
long, bludgeons etc..a two handed weapon can be many of these.
-Adding a back wear location to silken scarves. Scarves are not worn generally
on the back, plus it would have a stat in a generally statless location.
-Not allowing bids for homebuy in the last 5 minutes. The last 5 min. of biddin
for some are the most exciting and the proposal would simply move the actual
last 5 minutes of bidding, back 5 minutes. in essence, making it useless.
-Changing the messages on drinkcon, so the actual liquid gives the specific
message bout the drink. It was felt that this was alot of work and people were
happy with the way things are currently.
-Mobs being able to detect sneak - this would involve a great deal of changes to
the game, and sneaking past some mobs was never intended.
REMEMBER - come early next week, pkill for the new TS members :)
Passed to CoE
*Lodd Fix
*HT Token Cost
*House keys
Denied by VC
*Group class bonus - Possible abuses cited, as well as problems with rationale
for having it.
*Boannaich Nadur Rounds - Felt these were fine as is.
*Fadein/Fadeout - If someone is affected by something, they should not have a
quick fix out of it. (ie. if *affected by invis by a helm, you should have to
take the helmet off for it to be removed).
*Rptalk - Abuses cited, as well as the desire to minimize new channels.
Passed by CoE
*Pkill score for peacefuls (implemented)
*Mudmail change
Denied by CoE
*Yelling in Arenas - PKC was consulted on this one because it directly involves
them. Yes, deadlies only wartalk when they are attacked and in an arena they do
not yell. However, the instances of peaceful versus deadly fights in the arenas
are pretty slim. We shouldn't disable wartalk in arena's and conversly if we
coded deadlies to yell in arena's as well as wartalk there would be more spam.
This is not seen as being needed at this time and as such CoE has denied it.

- Each deity sigil renamed to a theme based on the deity
- A red "Sold" tag to appear in homebuy - rewrite Mumra
- food and drink command in apts. and houses - rewrite Wren

Passes -
- Adding Starsigns - sent to the forums for more work on it
- Changing the max amount that shop bags can hold to 50 - rewrite
- Removing the nodrop room flag at the elf town shopkeeper - rewrite
- Having the deity helpfiles refer to one another - rewrite
- A change to list to show what items are wands, scrolls, etc
- A helpfile to further explain blood points
- A helpfile for date
- Being allowed to see what choices there are for sectorstypes in houses.
Fails -
- Making a pass to allow nonmembers into guilds and orders. This failed due to
possible abuse, privacy issues and many guilds and orders already have rooms for
non-members to visit.
- Allowing people to enter lizardman ht at will. This failed because it wasn't
fair to the remaining lizardmen left in the game to have their ht overrun.
- Making all noterooms nodrop. Failed because people couldn't sac quills etc
- Adding a pkill flags to houses. So much potential for problems with it.

November 10, 2003
Clear Passes:
* Druid Meditate - success rate would be affected by druid's wisdom
* Helpfile for glow and hum - rewrite
* "Charm" flag for mobs - would help players know when a mob is charmed
* Rename curse social to swear - would be more appropriate since the social says
"You swear loudly, etc..."
* Auction (bidding up prices) - This would stop players from bidding up prices
on items they are auctioning using alts.
* Leveling - exp gains and losses would be affected by wisdom for characters
above level 40. The IP check of 1 in the room would also affect this.
Clear Fails:
* Spectate - It was felt that this would be an invasion of privacy to those
being spectated. Also there was a huge risk of those in battle being harassed by
spectators in tells.
Clear Fails continued:
* Victories & losses shown for Guilds and Orders - It was felt that this is a
perk that is enjoyed by PK. Since guilds and orders do pk's amongst themselves
for fun and practice, they can keep tabs of their own wins/losses.
* Buying housing with glory - This was denied as it would render the value of
glory to that of gold and give it too much of a common definition. Glory is
gained with hard work and used for equipment and character upgrades.
* Disarm lag for both disarmee and disarmer - This would make it almost
impossible for runs to be done as they are now. Too many complications would
ensue from this proposal.
Rewrites and Proposals moved directly to VC:
* Helpfile for Hum and Glow
* Raising of maximum buying amounts in shops
* Remove no-drop flag from elf hometown shop
* Deity helpfiles referring to each other
Great meeting all! Angelea Endymion

however, if there is an immortal that wants to flesh this idea out completely
and take the time to truly lay it all out they are open to hearing a full on

*Lodd fix - The CoE sees nothing about this mob to indicate that it cannot be
solo'd. The huge damage noted is about 200. If we are missing something please
point it out to me.
*Housekeys noloot/noauction - Housekeys will be made noauction as soon as we
code in the noauction object flags ability however, we do not agree that
housekeys should be noloot. If you put it on a deadly then that's your risk.

The entire meeting consisted of a
discussion of the Two-handed skill. The floor was opened to all attending the
meeting, TS members as well as non TS members had a chance to give their views
on the subject. A vote was taken on the subject with the resulting votes being
very close to each other.
The conclusion of the meeting was that we will revisit the subject in a month's
time at the next open meeting. During this month, test the two-handed skill
fully at all levels, using different two handed weapons.and bring back the
results of your explorations to show at the next meeting.
There are no updates from VC/CoE this week.
Happy thanksgiving to folks living in the US.

* Star signs - Two choices - rewrite One choice would be to have them
assigned on character creation with no affects. The other choice would be to
have them assigned by Juneo once a mini-quest would be completed and brought
back to her. This last one would have minor affects given with the sign.
Fails:
* Disarm proposal - it was felt that this version of the disarm proposal was too
vague. An improved version was passed to VC.
Proposals on hold till further clarification:
* Colorising Leader's ranks - would give specific colors to the rank of each
leader type.
Note to all TS members:
About voting on proposals in this council. People need to vote based on what is
good or not good for the population or the particular group of people that the
idea pertains to. We don't vote solely using personal opinions, but we must as
Symposium members take the view of the entire mud. We also cannot consider what
CoE/VC will think or the time involved in various projects.
Good meeting all.

PS. Do not forget to post your minutes, including VC/CoE updates to your
respective guilds/orders/clans. Please make sure you explain what the passed
proposals were in the VC/CoE passed/failed notes.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Updates from VC/CoE.
Passed by CoE:
* Static lot numbers for housing - a number would be assigned to each house up
for auction. This number would remain with the house for an extra 6 to 12 hours
after the bidding is closed on the home to prevent misbids from happening.
* Help Date file
* Helpfile for Glow and Hum
* Changes to Bodschek - The mob who sells painting of areas in Darkhaven. His
directions will be updated. He will also give out information about area
locations in geos and other goodies. A great help for newbies to the game.
* Deity Helpfiles
Denied by CoE:
* Change to list - We don't want to get into the habit of making everything as
base as possible.
* Maximum buying amount - 20 is a lot, 50 is crazy.
* Spell duration - Lot of coding work for a little reason.
Questions or concerns should be directed to TS members.
Kinux
* Colourizing the ranks
for leaders - colourized ranks were made
specifically for deadlies to identify one another quickly. Therefore, having
different colours for various ranks for all leaders would lead to confusion and
take away from the deadlies ranks.

In response to a proposal
put forward to force people to leave houses.
Selina: Re:purge housekey and forcing people to leave

To: TS
From the meeting minute archives...
Denied by CoE;*Command to force players to leave a house - They need a key to
get in, we assume you invited them it's like trying to get rid of in-laws.. very
realistic. In all honesty, we just don't see the need for this.
Denied by VC;*Purge house key;
Both of these were denied in march/2003, which I know was more almost 9 months
ago. But they are pretty adamament about not changing the locks, or forcing
people out, etc.

Proposals - Passed
* Drunk text on Avatar - rewrite
* Drunken coin drop - A drunk player will stumble into objects and drop a few
coins and possibly sprawl out haphazardly. More realism to the art of being
drunk. - moved to on hold to VC.
Proposals - Denied
* Discussion Format - It was felt that the present format works well as it
encourages free thinking and brainstorming in open meetings.
* Meeting Structure - The Symposium will always have meetings to foster working
together and bringing thoughts and ideas forward to be discussed in a meeting
format. Using only the forums and noteboard would destroy this spirit of
fellowship working together to the betterment of this game.
* Change to blind - It was felt that being able to quaff potions while blind
would imbalance battles too much.
Don't forget that next week is the open meeting. At this meeting we will revisit
the two-handed skill and weapons used. ie: Nasr. Please prepare your arguments
for and against any proposed changes as the floor will also be open to the
public at large.
For those posting minutes, make sure to remind your organisation members of this
meeting.
Have a good week.

Clear Passes:
* Ambidexterity - Skill used with the dual wield skill - would enable users
to hit equally well with both weapons. - rewrite
* Whois brief - toggle for whois so you don't have to see the full bio
* Minor change to Starlight - make it level 1 so anyone can use twilight's
beacon irregardless of the level of the caster
* Change to Pets - pets could be ordered to go in directions
All of the above passed proposals will be moved to On Hold to VC.
Clear fails:
* Change to note vote - to allow voters to recast their vote. This was
denied in the past 6 months at VC/CoE level. It will not be covered again
for a while longer.
* Lowering the level of pvm for the two handed skill - It was felt that it
is fine the way it is now.
* Lowering the damage for Nasr - It was felt that this weapon was fine
the way it is now.
No updates from VC/CoE this week.
Please remember there is no meeting next week!!
