determined at character creation, and could be between say 8%-12%.

* Changes to Fletch - The spell should be converted to a skill and require 'a
shard of flint' and 'a stack of wood' where the stack of wood could be used to
make up to 10 arrows, one shard per arrow. Require no mana, but consume some
movement pts. Dex and Wisdom should affect the skill usage.
* Tame - Wisdom based Charming skill for rangers that will charm only mobs that
are tagged as animals.

* Discussion of fly refresh with Kali. Things discussed included lowering fly
duration and allowing fly to be refreshed, having the land command remove fly
entirely, equipment being present with perma-fly, and fly's power level.

Guardian Angel Spell for Paladins - Summon a mob for aiding in fights.
Ambush skill for Rangers - Players can lie in wait for prey, dealing some extra
damage.

Variation in Racial Benefits - Concerns were raised on whether or not this stat
should be visible on creation. This makes rerolling even more tedious and if
concealed, people would be upset with a poor rating after they have spent a lot
of time levelling the character up.
Adjustments to Feline Grace and Ursine Brawn - It has been suggested that these
proposals be split - this has been done and they are resubmitted. Further, it
has been raised that rangers already receive the highest dodge % of all their
genre. Why do they deserve more?

* Combo Moves - For each non-repeating damage skill used in a row without any
other skills, spells, or commands separating them, an incremental damage
multiplier would affect the damage of the next skill.
* Inventory/Ground Proposal - Change the code to search inventory first for the
item, and CONTINUE the search on the ground. Thus 1.item would be in inventory,
and 2.item would be on the ground in the above example of only two items.
* Item Command Ordering Proposal - Change all commands to either search from the
top, or the bottom, but not a mixture.
* Projectile Damage Modifier - Change it so that "/10" is no longer part of the
damage equation for projectiles.
* Modification of appearance - Allow players to have an immortal modify their
appearance (i.e. description, hair colour, eyes, weight, etc.) for glory.
* Room echo for quaffing an empty flask - $n sucks the air from an empty flask

the owner can get their weapons using something similar to 'get my.weapon' This
would allow for bypassing untagged as well as other people's weapons in a large

either as letter or symbol in place of the compass (+) or alternatively as a
token for prompts.
* Remove level 1 rolling characters from mob/room IP checks - This will allow

there is no thematic reason for it.
* Allowing Pre-auth Renaming - Allow the free use of the name command to rename
a character in pre-auth. Once an application is made, i.e. past a point or
pulling the cord, the name command should be disabled.
* Advancing Group Leveling, Solution 1 - Proposal to change the XP in direct
proportion to mob HP and to increase the rate at which XP drops over time in a
fight.
* Advancing Group Leveling, Solution 2 - Proposal to change how XP from combat
is distributed to the group.

* Advancing General Leveling - A proposal to rewrite the current xp formula to
accurately represent the toughness of a mob. This includes adding terms for mob
dodge, mob parry, mob extra attacks and defenses, mob saves, mob damroll, and a
reconstitution of the currently horrendous terms.

Preauth Characters not counting in IP checks.
-Why should those with rollers in preauth be given exemption from ip checks when
characters being run for the benefit of others (such as donation guards) are not
exempted?
-This would allow people to roll characters 24/7 until they get their ideal
stats. If we were to allow that, then why not simply let them choose their stats
within certain bounds?
-There might be server-load implications if we had 500 chars in preauth
rerolling 24/7 too.
Identifying Sectors
-It would be better to check that the skills/spells give clear fail messages,
rather than allowing sector identify.
my.weapon idea
-When theres a pile of nearly identical weapons clattering about on the ground
it should not be immediately obvious which ones belong to whom.
New class - Monks
-We do not currently need a new class, and may want to wait until any Cleric
revamp is revealed as there could be overlap.
-Reading through the slist, while there are elements that are innovative and
imaginative, the overall effect is just overpowered.
-The adept %'s are too high. They can't be that good at everything.
-Best without weapons, yet two weapon types adept at 95% and one at 75%.
-A number of their skills are far too powerful, ie: replacing supplicate.
-The theme does not seem to fit with the idea of Monks, as monks are people who
are extremely religious, yet these do not devote or believe in deities.
Thief innate scry removal
-This sort of negative change would really frustrate a lot of players, and
serves no useful purpose.

specific direction 'flee <dir>'. Two checks would be needed, first to check for
a successful flee attempt, a second check for the directional flee
* Augurer Spell: Ruinous Fate - New Damage Spell proposal that used 1/4-1/5 of a
crystal and does damage range between gash and paradox flux. This is intended to
augment Augurer PK ability.
* HP/Mana Glorying Characters - Proposal to allow HP/Mana to be added to
characters in the same manner (and cost ratio) as stats.

* Fan of Knives Proposal - Comments and Suggestions were brought forth to have
the proposal rewritten to include more information.
* Jelincth Flails Proposal - Debate over whether TS could/should propose changes
