* Proposal to Improve Grasp Suspiria - Increase grasp damage by 50% using the
current formula (just times it by 1.5) and allow the vampire to absorb some of
the victim's hitpoints upon a successful grasp, with the effect being more
effective in dark rooms and at night time. I will leave the actual level of
drained hp to CoE/Liasons as its too difficult to predict given the variables
which may be imposed (and the eventual damage increase of grasp).

* Stasis Field - Proposal to add a spell caused stasis field, that when casted
with a combination of mages and augurers will stop time for duration of spells
currently affecting the players in the room while the casters maintain in a
stasis-trance-state.
* Change to Druid Meditate - Proposal to change druid meditate so that so that
druids gain full potential mana in forested areas and 1/2 that amount in non
forested areas.
* Proposal to reduce the weight of spellbooks to 2-6 weight to make them roughly
equal to 3 separate scrolls. Giving Path of the Quill mages more use of
spellbooks.
* Proposal to add a link in the 'help map' file for the web address made by
Herne of the entire Realms.
* Interguildtalk - Proposal to replace the dream channel with a channel to
coordinate activity between guilds.
* Sing - Proposal to add the ability to sing, similar to emoting within the room
as opposed to the music channel. In a different color the light blue.

* Mark of the Miser - Spell for a nephandi or evil cleric may place the mark of
the miser on an item to prevent the item from being turned into gold.
* Increase on Druid Two-Handed skill - To increase druid two handed skill to
50%. 50% is still low thus maintaining class balance and reflecting the varying
skill in two handed combat between the classes but will make it so that players
can seriously considering using a 2-hander on a druid.

* Software Test Team - Proposal for the creation of a development team to test
and implement changes to code to further the mud faster.
* Volley - Proposal to give rangers a 'volley' skill, which enables them to fire
2-5 arrows per 'volley' command depending on the level of the ranger.
* Third Eye - Proposal to add a 'third eye' spell for augurers which would bind
5 crystal together forming a third eye. The eye would possess detect_invis,
detect_hidden, infrared, and detect_traps. Upon casting the augurer would be
switched into the eye similar to the Neph spell possess.
* Botanic Tangle - Proposal to add a spell that allows a Druid, with a plant and
a source of water as components, to summon a thick tangle of botanical matter to
protect him from physical harm.
* Subterfugium - Proposal to add a skill for vampires. Melee attacks against a
high-level Vampire in mistform will be ineffective as the opponent strikes the
mist instead of the body of the Vampire.
* Channel Colorschemes - Proposal to add colorschemes for channels akin to the
regular colorscheme command. Due to frequently used channels being all light
blue.
* Poison Arrow - Proposal to add the ability for evil rangers to poison their
arrows similar to the thief skill 'poison weapon'.

* Focused Shot - Proposal for a new Ranger missile attack skill that has more
lag but cause more damage as well as have a greater chance to hit. This is to
represent the ranger taking his time to aim, slowing him down but giving him
more accuracy.
* Corrupt - New Damage spell for Nephandi and Evil Clerics that would do a bit
more damage than dispel evil. This spell would be an evil equivalent to 'dispel
evil' and would cause no damage to evil mob/chararacters.
* Halfling Paladins - Proposal to allow halflings to be Paladins as they are
generally a good aligned, fun loving race. Allowing them to be Paladins would
represent those halflings made of sterner stuff who hear the noble call of to
arms of good to battle against evil.
* Leader Channel - Proposal for the additions of a channel where leaders of
guilds and barbarian tribes could touch base about activities and share
information.
* Paradox Changes - Proposal to increase paradox damage by 20% as they are
supposed to be the premier magical attacker yet hit for less damage than a
fathomer's spells. They also have less ability to dodge, parry, or cause
physical damage, but their most damaging spell does not compensate for this.

* Fire Breath - Proposal to change max style position to aggressive from
standard.
* A Class Newbie Guide - Proposal to put in class based newbie guides for each
class that will be more tailored to the class. Each class' guild would help in
the development of these guides.
* New Spell: Aggravate Wounds - New damage spell for nepandi that can only be
used on the target when they are at < 50% HP.
* Fat Halflings - Make halflings able to eat some more before reaching their
'full capacity'. So they have a larger stomach size. A more thematic effect.
* New Weapon Proficiences: Polearms - Polearms are used heavily in combat, many
already exist in game but are classified as something else. RoD are for medieval
enjoyment and polearms are a part of that as is shown by most role playing
systems. As such, it as been proposed that they be given their own proficiency.

* Broadcast Echo for Outcast/Induct - Proposal to add an option to the induct
and outcast so that messages will be echoed not just in the room but to all
characters of that guild/order online at the time.
* Charge Modification - Proposal to add the option to charge into a room, using
charge. I.e. 'charge north justice' would move the character north, and execute
a charge at Justice.
* Elemental Enhancement - 'enhancement' should raise the effect of things done
BY you in a percent-based manner, exactly like, but opposite to, resistances.
For instance: Fred, the mage, gets a staff which modifies "enhance energy 10 He
holds the staff, and voila, his energy attacks (such as black lightning) do 10%
more damage.
* Make Pets go through Portals - Allow pets to go through portals with their
owners.
* Regeneration Change - Change regenereation to self-cast only, non-stacking,
non-renewable, and, minpos=fighting. Ranger would gain a 'regeneration' affect
for a number of rounds equal to their wisdom divided by 2 (e.g. 10 rounds for 20
wis). Each round, the regeneration affect would covert 5% of the rangers CURRENT
mana to hitpoints (i.e. if the ranger had 900/1000 mana, they would gain 45 HP
and lose 45 mana, which is 5% of 900). The initial using of regen would cause 1
round of lag.
* Remake Character - A remake character command (which, is apparently the same
thing as remorting). See Proposal for full details.
* Florentine - Multi-hit warrior attack proposal costing moves and with a graded
damage affect per extra successful hit.
* Block Change - Proposal is to increase the warrior skill Block to 85% in order
to make it a useful skill, since warriors don't have shieldbash.

not brewable or scribable, and which works in a nature similar to the paladin
spell crusade (in that it only affects those in the same room and grouped with
the cleric or augurer). Field would intercept some physical attacks and repel a
small portion of these back at the attacker.
* Dual Hold - Proposal to allow a character to hold two items.
* Upliftable CD & Halls of Knowledge - Proposal to make Coral Depths and Halls
of Knowledge upliftable by creating an allow_uplift room or area flag due to the
noastral flag causing a room to also be no_uplift.

- Some races prefer raw food. Vampires don't need food at all.
- Food bought from mobs is usually more sustaining, and often sounds healthier
- Cook is just a minorly useful skill, and there's nothing wrong with that.

- Warriors are perfectly balanced and used often as it is.
- Confused as to why this skill was needed at all, or how it differs from
existing warrior attacks.
