*TS - HP/Mana glory on Characters - The general feeling was there are some
avenues out there to change bases, such as the Deck, but we don't really want it
to be something that is being changed and mucked with. And we also felt it was
unlikely someone would make use of permanent character change at such a high
price. 10 hp on an item or 2 permanent on a character, most will go for the
item.
