Miscellaneous- Strador is your new Mortal Administrator! mudmail suggestions,
thoughts, etc.
Homework- if you have any suggestions for ways to improve the council, now would
be a good opportunity to make changes. Also, keep an eye out for new members
with bright ideas and who know lots of people!

Sweep - polearm attack for warriors, that would hit multiple mobs
Reciprocate - would have a chance of reversing an attack skill on the user
