Passes
===========================
* Allowing Limited Higher-Level-Eq Holding - Proposal to allow characters to
hold items up to 5 levels above their current level without loosing them during
log off. The exception would be level 51+ items. This would benefit lowbies by
allowing them to plan for the future.
* Blocking for the Tank - Proposal to allow block to be targetable on any
character, thus allowing a single tank to have several shield blocks against
attacks. However the chance of blocking would decrease for non-tanks as would
their weapon percentages.
Fails
===========================
* Outcast Self - Proposal to allow you to remove yourself from your current
organization. It was felt that this removes important communication with people
who are leaving to help the org in the future, can lead to other problem, and
it's the leaderships job to handle this.

Passes
==============
* Give Paladins Scan - Proposal to give paladins scan at level 38, a common
skill to all other fighter classes.
* Improve Grasp Suspiria - Proposal to increase grasp damage by 50%. Also, when
attacking at night time or in a dark flagged room, it should have the added side
effect of gradually affecting the targets mental state.
* Erasing scribed scrolls - Proposal to add the ability to 'Path of the Quill'
mages to magically erase a scribe scroll producing a blank scroll. This could
possibly include a spell component like magic dust.
* Expanding Housing Options - Proposal to expand housing options as shown:
Create 3 more types of house. These houses would range over room-number, and
weight holding ability. Below are listed the three proposed, as well as the old
two.
Apartment: Zero weight allowance, one room limit. (currently in effect)
Condominium: 1000 weight allowance, one room limit. (proposed)
Townhouse: 2000 weight allowance per room, two room limit. (proposed)
House: 2000 weight allowance per room, 5 room limit. (currently in effect)
Mansion: 2000 weight allowance per room, 10 room limit. (proposed)
* Drunk Speech Modification - Proposal to make drunk speech modified on the
sending end. For one, because then everyone else will get the same slurred
message (and can all laugh at the same thing), and two, cause it'll save on
processor time as only one modification need be made, making the world a little
less laggy because of drunks.
* Organization News - Proposal to give organizations their own news system
similar to that of the normal Realms news.
Tabled Proposals
==============
* Charisma Leadership Bonus and Blind Warrior Berserk have been tabled until
next meeting so that Gauther who is in charge may defend these proposals in open
discussion.

* Barbarian Proposal: Resist Non-Magic - Give Barbarians a resistance to
non-magic for the same amount they are susceptible to magic.
* Barbarian Proposal: Sixth Attack - Lower the levels at which barbarians obtain
the melee attacks, and stick sixth attack at 50%-60% somewhere at a level
towards avatar.
* Barbarian Proposal: Damage Soak Ability - Give barbarians a damage-soaking
skill, working much like the Nephandi's anaesth called corybantic rage to fit in
theme with the other rage ability. It should be a skill a barbarian would have
to manually enter, and last for about 500 or so rounds. While active, this skill
should soak all types of damage due to the barbarian being too frenzied to
realize/care about some damage taken. Currently it is suggested that this
ability would soak around 15%-20% damage.
* Barbarian Proposal: Free Trip to DH - Add a non-magical creature into
barbarian town that flies/rides a barbarian to DH.
* Barbarian Proposal: Lizardmen - The story in the lizardmen help file states
that the black magic from the Tower of Despair poisoned the lizardmen breeding
in their homeland, causing them to die out. Well, Barbarians live in their own
little world away from the rest of the world, and thus, barbaria lizardmen
would've avoided the Tower of Despair catastrophe. So, bring Lizardmen back, but
only make them available to the barbarian class.
* Barbarian Proposal: Charge - Proposal to lower the lag time on charge to that
of a vampire's grasp attack.
* Breath Attacks Proposal - Make the other breaths have area attack so that
builders can have any breath attack as a hp-based area attack.
* Reduce Lag Time for Nostrum Proposal - Proposal to keep the casting cost
unchanged, but to reduce the lag time on the skill so a character can use the
skill as if the character had quaffed a heal potion.
Fails

* Stopping auto-deletion for characters with glory - It was agreed that all
characters should delete at SOME time if they are not being used or logged.

forums for rework.
Failed by Liasons -

Allow Limited Higher-EQ Holding
- One immortal believed that 5 levels would be too great a range, and that 2 or
3 would be sufficient.
- One posted that it is not a big issue for most lowbies, and they should earn
the benefits of levelling.
- Another said that newbies already have trouble carrying everything they want
and that this would just enable the to carry more junk than they can sort
through to find what they can use.
- It was also pointed out that this circumvents the levels of items placed in
stores, and of potions, so that for instance, a person could hand level 10
potions to a level 5 character, who could then use and keep them without
troubles.
Blocking for the Tank
- The consensus was that in battle, a person can raise their shield but they do
not have control over what blows you block... blocking is raising your shield to
protect yourself, and if the attacker is not attacking you, the blocking does no
good.
- It was also pointed out that blocking would probably have to be completely
recoded to make this work.
